Indian Head, MD - K. Morris & Company announces today the start of a unique series of self esteem and self image seminars geared towards African-American men and women on January 22, 2005 from noon until 4pm at the New Carrollton Library in New Carrollton, Maryland.

Self Esteem & Self Image: The Guide to the New You Empowerment Seminar is based on the book authored by Kisha M. Morris of K. Morris & Company based in Indian Head, Maryland.

This is the first series of seminars to come that teaches, from a spiritual standpoint, how to deal with daily stresses one situation at a time.

It also teaches how to start a daily journal and create affirmations through poetry written by the individual. This seminar also leads the writer on a spiritual journey reawakening their thought processes and aides the reader in visualizing how they feel about their life, their work, and even home environment.

"If we focus more on our inner self than our outer self, then we will be able to live happier, more positive and productive lives," says President & CEO, Kisha M. Morris.

Through surveys, meditation, poetry and self-analysis, these men and women will be enlightened and encouraged to improve their self esteem and self image through daily affirmations, documented thought-provoking journal entries and positive attributes that will enhance their spiritual belief that we are made in the image of God.

Kisha M. Morris is a poet, author and motivational speaker. Mrs. Morris has been teaching poetry workshops and self-empowerment workshops for the past six years and writing for ten years. Included in this seminar for the first time, will be the new book, Self Esteem & Self Image: The Guide to the New You that will guide the reader step by step and on their way to better a healthier self esteem.
